LP Designs gift vouchers are automatically delivered via email upon payment confirmation and may be sent directly to the recipient or to yourself to gift later. For immediate delivery, we recommend payment via credit card or PayPal.
Standard gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Promotional or discounted vouchers purchased during EOFY or special campaign periods are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Gift vouchers may be redeemed across full-price LP Designs products, including custom and made-to-measure pieces, unless otherwise stated. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used toward shipping or in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.

LP Designs is happy to exchange an item or provide store credit if an incorrect purchase was made online; please contact us prior to returning any item.
The item must be unused and in its original condition, returned to us within 7 days of purchase.
All postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Sale items are excluded from our exchange policy and cannot be accepted for exchange, credit, or refund.

A Godsend!

Michelle is an absolute godsend!!! When I suddenly realised on a Thursday I needed a jacket for the Saturday, she went out of her way to get it to me. When it sadly didn’t fit because of my shape, there was no issues returning it, and allowed me to come down for a proper fitting! The quality of her apparel is second to none, but it pales in comparison to Michelle herself
